Five Sundays, twenty places a week, and every one of them taken. I loved meeting you all, and we're looking forward to opening the studio on Canford Lane. Put your name down and we'll email you about whatever we put on next, along with the launch offers, free classes on the opening weekend included.
Forty-five minutes in the fresh air. Every Sunday.
Come every Sunday and become a regular, or just come to one and see what you think.
What the morning looks like
Rose will take you through 45 minutes of full-body Pilates, working on strength, mobility and stability. Bring a mat, some water and a layer for afterwards.
Whether you've done Pilates for years or you've never tried it, there'll be options to suit. Plenty of people there will be doing it for the first time, so you won't be the only one.
A quick hello
Wild Fox is a reformer Pilates studio opening on Canford Lane in Westbury-on-Trym. Rose is the one behind it, and these free Sundays are how we're introducing ourselves before we open.
We liked the idea of meeting half of Westbury on the grass first.
Fancy a Sunday in the park? Pop your name down and we'll take it from there.
Put me on the listIs it really free?
Yes, genuinely free. You won't need a card, and there's nothing to pay on the day.
I've never done Pilates. Is it for me?
Yes, you're in the right place. Rose will give you options as you go, so you can take it at your own pace.
What do I bring?
A mat, some water, and something warm for afterwards. Wear whatever you can move in.
Where in Canford Park do we meet, and what if it rains?
We'll send the exact meeting spot with your booking link. We'll mostly be out in it, but if the weather's really against us we'll email you the night before.
Will you run it again?
Nothing's in the diary yet, but we'd like to. Put your name on the list and you'll hear about it first.
